Who's writing

Hey, I'm Agata.

I’m an ADHD & AuDHD coach for late-diagnosed and quietly suspecting women in tech — helping them build a life that doesn’t cost them their wellbeing.

I understand the struggle because I’ve lived it. I’m late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic, and I’ve worked in tech for almost ten years.

I burned out in cycles from my very first full-time job — convinced the problem was me. I achieved a lot, but I could never let a win count. I was always at the top of my game and somehow only ever saw the “things to work on.” It cost me depression, my self-esteem, and years of anxiety.

Now I help women like me skip that version of the path. I’m also working toward my ICF certification — because lived experience and real training together make me a better coach than either could alone.

I walk my walk. I don’t just talk it.
